The lessons from one unexpected, difficult to repair harvest breakdown, leads directly to hundreds of preventative checks on routine service work based on that knowledge. To ensure we can respond quickly to client requirements nationwide we have significant stock held at both our Kelso and Scunthorpe depots as well as with our Marlborough based subsidiary BDC Systems. Our aim is to have the equipment that keeps you up and running on hand when you need it most. With an engineering workshop available at Kelso, if we do not have the exact part available it is rare we are stuck no matter the age or manufacturer of the equipment you have.
When your machine or systems stop working or is not producing the required results this is where our aftersales and technical team are expected to be at their very best. A swift response is essential and this means understanding and characterising faults prior to site visits, ensuring we have the parts and equipment that may be required on our vehicles to have you up and running in the shortest time possible.
