The JCM VibroMAX is a vibrating sieve cleaner delivering a high screen area on a small footprint. The large screen area allows precise separation of products by particle size and the optional inlet rotary feeder ensures the even distribution of product onto the screens. The customisable aspirator system provides both inlet and outlet aspiration options. The outlet aspirator features options including an adjustable wall for fine control of air speeds and expansion chambers with discharge augers to reduce light impurities clogging the cyclone or filter.
The JCM VibroMAX is designed for straightforward operation and maintenance. The sieves are kept clean by rubber balls which bounce inside them. The large rear access door allows the sieves to be quickly and easily changed by one person. There are numerous sampling points for regular product checks and adjustment of machine settings as required.
