The JCR Air Sieve Classifier consists of two decks, each deck comprising of three sieves. The arrangement allows the sorting of grains into five fractions. The quantity of air passing through the sieves is adjustable meaning that grains can be accurately sorted based on both particle size and specific weight.
The JCR Air Sieve Classifier is designed for straightforward operation and maintenance. The sieves are kept clean by rubber balls which bounce inside them. The access to change sieves is simple and they may be quickly and easily swapped by one person. There are numerous sampling points allowing regular product checks and adjustment of settings.
