The mobile grain cleaning system was designed and built by McArthur BDC in response to regular customer requests for an easy to use cleaning system for clean-only farm saved seed, cleaning to meet contract specifications and as part of other value added processes. JK Machinery is a Czech manufacturer headquartered in Prague. The business has over thirty years of product development and manufacturing experience. Their JCC 08 VibroCompact is very well suited to this application.
The JCC 08 VibroCompact is a vibrating sieve cleaner with small footprint and low power consumption. The vibration for particle separation is delivered by two vibromotors delivering the precise separation of products by particle size. The aspirator system removes light impurities and is customisable, featuring both inlet and outlet aspiration options.
The cleaner is loaded via an inclined auger with inlet flow control. An auger collects both oversized and fine screenings off the cleaner and a SOBY paddle elevator is used to handling the cleaned product. The addition of an outlet aspirator removes light impurities that are collected at the cyclone.
The whole system has being designed with ease of use in mind, the system can be setup, operated and broken down by one operator. All augers and chutes fold in and out of position, the safe working platform provides access to the cleaner for altering settings and changing sieves. The control panel includes interlocks to ensure safe operation.
