The JGT Gravity Table consists of a vibrating deck covered in an even depth of grain that can be inclined in two horizontal directions, side to side and front to back. The deck is fluidised by an even air flow across the entire surface area, this separates the product, lighter material to the top and heavier material to the bottom where it is in contact with the deck. The heavier material in contact with the deck moves uphill while the light material moves in the other direction.
The JGT Gravity Table is designed for straightforward operation and maintenance. Adjustment of incline in both directions, amplitude of vibration and airflow gives the operator a high degree of control to ensure the best results. It is possible to adjust the amount of product on the table, the boundaries for each fraction and the deck type to further improve results.

Why Gravity Tables
